Some would say that it's a bit hypocritical to have an environmental policy as a motor racing outfit. We don't believe that's the case. We all understand that our activities have an effect on the world we live in and we're constantly searching for ways to reduce that impact without having to stop doing what we love.
On a basic level we run an energy efficient operation. We achieve this by low fuel consumption, energy efficient appliances, compositing and recycling.
We try to run a paper free operation. When you join, your confirmation and communications will come to you via email. We will of course send you a package in the post too if you've joined online but this will be in recycled and recyclable packaging, on 100% recycled Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved materials.
We use local suppliers as far as we can and we're investigating offsetting our carbon emissions but are yet unconvinced as to the credibility of this method.
We're still learning about how we can run our business in a more environmentally responsible way and most importantly we're making a pledge to do what we can, as we can.
